Partnership agreements can come in many forms and bear various names: a memorandum of understanding, a memorandum of agreement, a letter of intent. Although you will want to have legal counsel provide input, this template can help you think through some of the elements your partnership agreement needs to cover.
This tool is used to evaluate cross-sector partnership concepts ex ante to assess their potential for success. It should be used during the Align phase of the LABS process, and can either be used to assess the relative potential of multiple concepts, or to identify potential gaps in a single concept design and partner cohort.
